INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESSING THE WEBCAST

Top 10 Tips to Protect Your Organization from Cyber Attacks
To participate in the webcast on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, you will need the following:
- A computer with access to the Internet to view the visual portion of the event.
- Computer speakers or headset to listen to the audio portion of the event.
Please note: There is not a separate audio line for this event. The event will be offered as Internet and Audio Broadcast. You can listen to the audio portion of the event through your computer speakers or headset. Please be sure your computer speakers are turned up and not muted. If you experience technical difficulties with the Internet or audio portion, please contact your IT department or the WebEx Help Desk at 1-866-229-3239 - International: 1-408-435-7088.
Beginning at 1:50pm Eastern on February 15th, please copy and paste the following URL to attend the webcast:

Where prompted, enter the following:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your E-Mail Address
- Event Password: 9486w1Y3pq (password is case sensitive)
- Click Join Now
IMPORTANT: You will need to register for the event after you click Join Now. Please enter the required information when you register - click submit.
Please allow a few moments for the WebEx Event Center Console to launch.
Once you have logged into the Event Center, you will hear the event's streaming audio and music until the event begins. If you do not hear audio music, please confirm that your PC speakers are on (not muted) and that the volume is turned up.
When you join a WebEx Event using Audio Broadcasting, you will see a small dialog box at the top left hand corner of your screen. This dialog box is labeled "Audio Broadcasting"; and it controls the audio coming through your speakers.
If you experience technical issues with the Audio Broadcast, please stop and start it again by selecting the STOP button and then selecting the PLAY button. If you still experience audio difficulties, please close out of the audio broadcast box and open the audio broadcast.
