Frank Nagle
Senior Security Consultant, Mandiant, Inc
Frank Nagle is a Senior Security Consultant at Mandiant where he performs vulnerability assessment and incident response related activities and is an instructor for a number of Mandiant's educational classes.
Prior to joining Mandiant, Mr. Nagle worked for Deloitte & Touche and iDefense/VeriSign where he led security audit teams and managed a team of vulnerability analysts working at Fortune 500 companies and government organizations.
Mr. Nagle holds a BS in Computer Science from Georgetown University and a MS in International Business Economics from City University, London. Mr. Nagle holds a CISSP and is a member of the FBI Infragard Washington, DC Field Office.
Chief Information Security Officer, State of Idaho
Terry Pobst-Martin is the Chief Information Security Officer in the State of Idaho's Office of the Chief Information Officer. In this position, Terry coordinates the state's enterprise security strategies, policies, and procedures; and serves as the contact person for statewide security initiatives.
Terry leads the enterprise security service team to take actions to protect the state systems and information in order to maintain the trust of Idaho citizens, businesses and partners. Terry develops a comprehensive state security and privacy program, coordinating with Agency IT Security Coordinators to develop the best policies for the state. Terry leads the development and proposal of security policies, standards and guidelines and provides initial and on-going network security educational opportunities.
Prior to accepting this position in July 2007, Terry worked for the Department of the Air Force and was the 366th Communications Squadron Information Systems Flight Director at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. Prior to working as an Air Force civilian in the Communications Squadron, Terry served as a United States Air Force Intelligence Officer for over 20 years. She served in locations such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Turkey, Italy and Bahrain and supported operations in Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, Iraq, Libya, and several other nations.
Terry received her Bachelor's Degree in History from the United Stated Air Force Academy and has a Master's Degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master's Degree in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School.
