INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESSING THE WEBCAST

To participate in the webcast on Thursday, September 16, 2010,
you will need to access and complete the following:

  1. A computer with access to the Internet to view the visual portion of the event.
  2. Computer speakers or headphones to listen to the audio portion of the event.

    PLEASE NOTE : There is not a separate audio line for this event.


    The event will be offered as Internet and Audio Broadcast. You can listen to the audio portion of the event through your computer speakers or headphones. Please be sure your computer speakers are turned up and not muted. If you experience technical difficulties with the Internet or audio portion, please contact your IT department first to troubleshoot the problem. INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

Beginning at 1:30pm Eastern on September 16th, please copy and paste the following URL to attend the webcast:

Where prompted, enter the following:

  1. Your First and Last Name
  2. Your E-Mail Address
  3. Event Password: webcast@091610 (password is case sensitive)
  4. Click Join Now
  5. IMPORTANT: You will need to register for the event after you click Join Now. Please enter the required information when you register - click submit. Please allow a few moments for the WebEx Event Center Console to launch.

 

AUDIO BROADCAST INSTRUCTIONS:

Audio Broadcast ImageOnce you have logged into the Event Center, you will hear the event's streaming audio and music until the event begins. If you do not hear audio music, please confirm that your PC speakers are on (not muted) and that the volume is turned up.

When you join a WebEx Event using Audio Broadcasting, you will see a small dialog box at the top left hand corner of your screen. This dialog box is labeled “Audio Broadcasting” and it controls the audio coming through your speakers.

If you experience technical issues with the AB, please stop and start it again by selecting the STOP button and then selecting the PLAY button. If you still experience audio difficulties, please close out of the audio broadcast box and open the audio broadcast.
