As an AT&T Director of Security for government services, Jeffrey manages the development of government focused Managed Security Services and system compliance to government security standards. Jeffrey has worked at AT&T for over 14 years developing security services for government agencies, commercial clients, and AT&T's IPTV uVerse consumer services. Prior to joining AT&T, Mr. Kipnis developed networks and cyber security systems for Investment and International Banking firms. As adjunct faculty at Northwestern University, he has taught courses in Enterprise Network Design and the Value of New Technology Adoption. He has also edited network engineering text books and technical papers for Morgan Kaufman publishers.

Mr. Kipnis has been working in system and network operations since 1971. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering and Finance and an M.S. degree in Communications Systems.

Robert Griffin is Director of Technical Marketing at RSA, the Security Division of EMC, where he is responsible for technical strategy and collateral, including security for cloud computing. He also represents EMC in several standards organizations, particularly as co-chair of the OASIS Key Management Interoperability Protocol Technical Committee. Robert has extensive experience in information security strategy, corporate governance, business process transformation and software development. His particular focus is on information technologies for the financial services industry, in which he has had the primary architectural responsibility for a number of production systems environments and major software engineering projects. He has presented at many professional and industry conferences and instructed courses within both professional and university settings.
