Mark Fabro:
Mark Fabro is V.P. of Professional Services
at Lofty Perch Inc., an organization specializing in cyber security and
critical infrastructure protection. As a recognized expert in cyber-attack
forecasting and non-traditional threat vectors, Mr. Fabro designs critical
infrastructure security architectures for federal government, transportation,
and energy sector networks. He has been involved in several national
initiatives, including the development of the U.S. National Strategy to
Secure Cyberspace as well as the cyber annex of the National Response Plan.
Prior to Lofty Perch, Mr. Fabro has held several senior-level consulting
positions, including Senior Manager for the Information Security Practice
at Bearing Point, Senior Analyst in the Enterprise Security Group at American
Management Systems, as well as the Worldwide Director of Assessment Services
for Secure Computing Corporation. He holds degrees in applied physics and
mathematics, as well as post graduate training in counter-terrorism and
cyber conflict from both the United Nations and American Military University.
In 2005, for his work in critical infrastructure protection and cyber security research, he was recognized as one of the ‘25 Most Influential Consultants’ in the world by the market leading Consulting Magazine.
