Over his ten-year career in information technology, Jean-Paul Boucher has proven his capability for enterprise architecture, information security and assurance, requirements analysis, advanced technology research and customer service focus. Mr. Boucher has worked with all branches of the federal, state and local governments to develop and perform various technology services ranging from Continuity of Operations policies to enterprise server management. As the Director of SRA International’s Wireless Integration Services, he presents wireless technology capabilities and limitations, develops policy guidance, consults on a variety of classified and unclassified projects, and performs pilot and enterprise implementations, including some of the largest wireless solutions in the federal sector. His expertise has made him a sought after speaker for industry events, such as the Wireless Enterprise Symposium, customer-focused conferences and television appearances as the Washington DC’s Fox affiliate news team’s wireless expert and commentator. Mr. Boucher graduated from Georgetown University in 1998 with a B.A. in History. As an internationally recognized expert in wireless technology, Mr. Boucher continues to provide wireless solutions to meet the mission critical needs of the government.

As the Senior Consultant in the Enterprise Regional Marketing organization at Nortel, Bob Gaughan helps articulate the strategic vision for the company's Enterprise solutions and all of the associated Technologies and Products to Nortel’s customers, partners, resellers and employees. Specifically in the area of the Enterprise Vision, Convergence, Mobility, Small/Medium Business, Security, and Data Networks.

Mr. Gaughan brings over thirty years experience in the data communications industry to Nortel. Previously, he managed Bay Networks'/Wellfleet’s major and competitive accounts as well as the company's advanced technology marketing organization. Mr. Gaughan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY.
